Integrity for Nonviolence® is a process that confronts violence through the practice of nonviolent values. This experience provides opportunities for participants to process their experiences and to practice skills.
There are six elements of about 30-45 minutes. These sessions are:
Discussion of where the group sees itself going as a result of the experience.
If an organization wishes to consider becoming a nonviolent workplace, the Integrity for Nonviolence® process includes an initial meeting with the leaders of the organization to address specific expectations and concerns to determine the scope of the process and to consider a feedback survey. The feedback survey lists behaviors that demonstrate the nonviolent values. Participants are asked to rate their level of satisfaction with the practice of these values.
The other six sessions involve the participation of both leaders and employees. These sessions are adaptable to the needs of the group. In so doing, this values assessment provides a measurement for the degree and frequency of the practice of the nonviolent values.
